Ramo Ramen is the first Filipino Ramen fusion joint in Europe, and dare we say - the world. Since its London opening in 2018, Ramo Ramen has been devoted to revolutionising Japanese Ramen by using Filipino soup and stew dishes to create our novelty ”Ramo” ramens.

Chicken Sopas

A creamy chicken broth with crispy chicharrones. Pulled adobo chicken, nitamago, pea shoots, menma, spring onions, shiitake mushrooms and nori.

We cook the stock for 16 hours, resulting in an intensely creamy chicken flavour. It’s also one of our most beloved dishes, conjuring up fond memories of childhood family meals, cosiness, and warmth.  Check out this review from “You Had Me at Food”.

Sinigang Ramen

A 16-hour fish broth, infused with tamarind and lime. Topped with grilled king prawns, roasted tomatoes, fresh chillies, pea shoots, menma, nitamago, fried enoki mushrooms, annatto oil, spring onions and nori.

What makes the Sinigang Ramen a novelty, is its 16-hour fish and tamarind broth. We’re keeping it as traditional and as flavourful as possible with the sweetness, tanginess and saltiness.

We are not only committed to serving you guys these Filipino ramen bowl masterpieces, but we also have vegan, lamb and seafood ramen options available! And if tonkotsu style ramen noodles isn’t your thing, we also have vegan egg-free and gluten-free rice noodles available to swap out. Just let your server know when ordering.
