We've lightened the broth for spring, using star anise, garlic, ginger, soy, and an exquisite base of rendered Wagyu beef fat. The result? A delicate yet deep flavor profile perfect for the season.

What's in the Bowl: Each serving features thinly sliced Halal Wagyu beef that melts in your mouth, paired with our signature marinated nitamago egg. The Hakata-style noodles, chosen for their ideal texture and firmness, beautifully absorb the unique broth.
